Sustainable Materials

We have forgotten how to be good guests, how to walk lightly upon the Earth as its other creatures do. – Barbara Ward

A sustainable material is a resource who’s production is protected indefinitely by nature. In other words, the resource is used up at the same speed it is renewed.

Our products utilize sustainable materials, such as:

  • Bamboo- Tough and flexible material. Grows quickly and easily.
  • Sustainable Rattan- Light weight vine. Durable, flexible and attractive.
  • PCL Polyester- The polyester will completely degrade after 6 weeks in compost.
  • Starch- based Polymers- Plant based, biodegradable, and renewable.
  • Glass- Made of sand. It is sturdy, washable, and reusable.
  • Natural Materials- Hemp, Clay, Stone, Coconut, beeswax, etc.

Anytime you choose a product made from a sustainable material and you reduce the plastic in our landfills.

Educate yourself. Understand the impact of the simple choices you make.
